Pocket AI is a digital, subscription-based SaaS platform. No physical goods are delivered.

1. Billing & Activation

1.1 Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.

1.2 By completing payment, you consent to immediate service access and usage.

2. Cancellations

2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.

2.2 Cancellation prevents future billing.

2.3 Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2.4 No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Refunds

3.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

3.2 Usage-based charges (AI tokens, messages, voice, images, automations, or integrations) are non-refundable once consumed, as they are delivered in real time and incur immediate third-party costs.

3.3 Refunds are only considered in cases of verified billing errors or platform malfunction directly attributable to Pocket AI.

4. Digital Service Acknowledgement

4.1 Pocket AI provides non-tangible digital services delivered electronically.

4.2 All services are considered delivered at the time of activation or usage.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

5.1 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pocket AI may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

5.2 We encourage resolving billing concerns via hello@pocketai.co.za before contacting your bank.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Approved refunds are processed via our payment processing partners to the original payment method.

6.2 Processing times vary by bank and may take 5–14 business days.

6.3 Processing partners and Pocket AI are not responsible for delays caused by issuing banks.

7. Legal Compliance

7.1   This policy complies with processing partners merchant rules, applicable card scheme regulations, and the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

7.2   Nothing in this disclosure limits statutory consumer rights where applicable.

8. Acceptance

8.1   By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Disclosure.
